Back skills training goes live

We are happy to announce the online training is now live!

An online training module for clinicians wishing to learn how to deliver the Back Skills Training (BeST) to their patients, is now available.

Back Skills Training (BeST) is an evidence-based group-intervention which promotes sustainable self-management for people with low back pain. We have developed a specialised online course to train clinicians in how to deliver the BeST programme within the NHS which is now available free of charge to NHS employees.

Key features:

• FREE for NHS clinicians

• Takes 10 hours to train

• Programme manual

• Patient app and handouts

You can read more about BeST here and access the training at
