Sallie lamb speaks at physiotherapy uk conference

Professor Sallie Lamb took to the stage in the closing debate at the Physiotherapy UK conference to convince delegates to vote in favour of the notion: This house believes in the absence of research evidence an intervention should not be used. You can read more about the debate on the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy website here.

'I believe that we should be proper custodians of scarce public resources, again based on the use of research evidence, and we should be a profession that disinvests and reinvests to maximise impact. To do this, research evidence is essential.'
